All items are shipped from Greenville, SC. USA
USA Shipments: You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. Your order can ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express or UPS Services. USPS ,DHL & UPS do not work on Sundays or Holidays, shipping times are affected by National Weather and Holiday seasons so take that into consideration when placing your order. Shipping times are an estimate and they do not guarantee shipping times.
International Shipments: You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. Your order can ship via DHL or UPS for most countries. Shipping, Duties, Broker Fees and taxes are included in the payment made in our website, DDP shipments, that means delivered duty paid (DDP), the seller is responsible for the cost of transporting goods until customs clears them for import at the destination and delivery. This method was enabled May-8-2024, no more surprise charges on your International Orders.
USPS, UPS, DHL are responsible for transit delays, damaged or lost packages during shipping, Please contact us to work with the carriers on the Insurance Claim as applicable.
ORDERING AND RETURN POLICIES
Orders are final sale, returns are not allowed, all orders are custom and we do not hold inventory for cookie cutters. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us right away.
You may be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order with a 10% cancellation fee, If your order has shipped or has been 3D printed you will not be able to cancel it. Items are final sale, no returns allowed.
