SHIPPING POLICIES

All items are shipped from Greenville, SC.  USA

USA Shipments: You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. Your order can ship via  USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express.  USPS does not work on Sundays or Holidays, shipping times are affected by National Weather and Holiday seasons so take that into consideration when placing your order. Shipping times are an estimate and they do not guarantee shipping times.   

International Shipments: You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. Your order can ship via DHL for most countries.  Shipping, Duties, Broker Fees and taxes are included in the payment made in our website, DDP shipments, that means delivered duty paid (DDP), the seller is responsible for the cost of transporting goods until customs clears them for import at the destination and delivery. No more surprise charges on your International Orders.

USPS & DHL  are responsible for transit delays, damaged or lost packages during shipping,  Please contact us to work with the carriers on the Insurance Claim as applicable.
